Aspnix would have given you their own IP and Port for you to use.
I know some of the guys at ASPnix, they wouldn't have you use no-ip or any nonsense like that. They are a hosting company.. they host it for you. Nothing local should be going on. I recommend opening a support ticket asking what the IP and port of your server is.
