View Full Version : The Next Build - "Beta 2"

The next build of Mohawk will be released later today. This build is called "Beta 2" and is essentially the last version before release. Between now and release we will solving any bugs that are found and implementing last minute *small* features.

I want to thank everyone for their efforts and suggestions so far, and as that you keep it up in this final leg!

Look for the next version to be released about 12 hours from now, right about 3 PM EST. This build includes a huge amount of "polish work" (making the interface look and work better), performance improvements, sound & codec enhancements, bug fixes, and a ton of really neat new features. The full list will be posted when we release.

What is the ETA on the servers going up?

Thanks everyone working on MV. I had all hope last for VOIP before i found Mohawk Voice!!!

Yep servers are online right now but will be going offline for about an hour at midnight while we perform some upgrades to the machines which host all of our free servers. We've had so many test server requests that we need to do some major upgrades to ensure high performance. :)

So sense I am extremely in love with Mohawk what is the amount of time before the server is up because now I am just bummed out. LOL :p

They appear to be going up and down on a regular basis.. at least, ours is.

So far its crashed 4 times since it went up after the downtime last night.

I'm unsure if its the team still doing work to the servers, or a new found bug in 1.2B.

Here in about 15 minutes the servers will be stable as all upgrades will be completed. We replaced the hard drives in the machine, updated the BIOS and trippled the installed memory. :)

Everything is done and all servers should be online and updated to the most recent version.
