Registering a new sysadmin *Rough Draft*
The following steps are assuming the user is connected to Mohawk:
1. Login as your servers existing sysadmin: The first sysadmin account details would have been provided to you already. Using user 'sysadmin' and the provided password, connect to your Mohawk server.
2. Locate the user to upgrade: Once you've found the user you want to make a sysadmin, make sure they're a registered user first. Then, right click on their name and select 'Edit this user's data'. (Example (http://mohawkvoice.com/faq/registering-sysadmin/registering-sysadmin-1.JPG))
3. Making the user a sysadmin: Now that you're in the 'Edit Users' data field, use the drop down box to change their user type to System Administrator. (Example (http://mohawkvoice.com/faq/registering-sysadmin/registering-sysadmin-2.JPG))
4. Create a password for the user: Next, select the 'Create Password' button, and fill out the appropriate fields. Provide this password to the to-be sysadmin so he can now connect as a sysadmin. Confirm the password change at the prompt. (Example (http://mohawkvoice.com/faq/registering-sysadmin/registering-sysadmin-3.JPG))
5. Having the new sysadmin connect: The newly created sysadmin will need to disconnect and reconnect, and fill out the password when prompted. Once they log in, their sysadmin upgrade will be complete. They will now have full control over the Mohawk Server.
The following steps are assuming the user is not connected to Mohawk:
