[IMPLEMENTED] Program Panel Resizing

Don't now if it's too late in the game, or if this has already been thought of and nixed for whatever reason... but what about being able to resize the individual panels in the program window? In teamspeak, I can adjust the vertical to show more of the player names and less of the channel description, or on the horizontal I can reduce the height of the text chat panel to see more of the channels...

Just a thought. You guys are doing a TREMENDOUS job so far. Give yourselves and extra keg :D

This has been implemented. You'll see it in RC2 released Thursday (or before).
