Is there any way we can increase the # of characters allowed in a name or channel? Preferably channels.

It seems like it's set to around 40. Some channels require longer character lengths then others... how about 75? Is that too much?

I assume this change will be an easy one, but should that not be the case we may not be able to make the change before release.

Per the bug report above we have increase the max charactesr for server, channel and user names to 63 characters.
