Is there an option to turn of that retched sound when you hit the talk button?

Hit Controls -> Speech Tab -> Select Events to Speak (top right) -> Scroll down and Uncheck the "Push-to-talk down click" and "Push-to-talk up click." -> Hit Ok

We're going to end up moving this option to a better position, since no one seems to be able to find it currently.
