E003 cannot connect to server...

When I try to connect to the server, I get the following error. It was working when I first tried it last night... and now it is not.

I have recieved my server info today but I can not connect and am getting this exact error. The server ip is 66.225.194.130:9327

I got my server but I am also getting this error. I'm not sure if it's just me, please help :(
