Chat in game feature

I really hate how xfire is so laggy and uses to much resources for my taste, but I love the Scroll Lock + X feature were you can bring up chat. You should enable something like that were if I hit Scroll Lock + C--(chat) i can see the chat window that is in the Mohawk program. Chat to friends in game. That would be neat.

Will there be options to mute, add users, permission, channel permissions, an actual way to give someone permission to kick someone but not ban. Things like this.
