Resize Channel/User List

The program needs to have the ability to let the user resize the Server/Channel/User list vertically. Not everyone has a resolution of 800x600 and likes scrolling up/down to find a user :)

That's in the list of things to be added. Should be in the next build or two (give us 7-10 days).
