Comment Button

I know it's easy to just right click, but i think a comment button would be easier. And is there any way to make it that links posted in comments would be just click and go if you know what i mean?

i talked it over with someone and we agreed it should be between the controls and information buttons

"send message to user" could this be in a seperate window, out of the main chat window?
