after talk delay and admin permissions

After I have finished speaking, I want the mic to turn off immediately like it does in TS and Vent. I can only lower it to 1 sec. I looked in the dll scripts but cant tell where to edit it so it cuts off completely after I finished talking...

Also I see you can setup someone as admin or member. Is there a way to setup people under different groups like mod, admin, member..

There are 4 user types:

Guest
User
Channel Admin
System Admin

As for the delay part, I don't understand exactly what you mean, ar eyou able to clarify at all?
