I know we are a close knit community so just take a server for yourself. In an effort to build our customer base we are offering servers for their first AND (for you turbo and others like you) first 3 months free.

Understand that hosting companies do pay licensing fees to the mohawk staff so they can feed their families and we give these servers out for free in an effort to grow our customer base, and we also need to feed our families as well. Hopefully by providing 24/7 up-time,excellent service, and support. We would hope after trying us out that you would like it enough to stay.

Also, we are going to offer a public server for all users to use within the next month.

1) Go to tserverhq.com
2) Go to mohawk page
3) Use the promotion FREEMOHAWK

This company does not honor the 30 day money back guarantee as advertised on there site. When I canceled service with them I was charged more in service fees, server usage fees, and 1 support ticket fee than the cost of the server for a month. The 1 support ticket I was charged for was the request to cancel the service.

There servers seem to be oversold. My server became unusable specifically on the weekends, with people getting disconnected repeatedly and/or people lagging out having terrible audio quality.

We do not understand what TserverHQCustomer is saying. Well before this post was made we gave him his refund, we didn't charge him for cancellation tickets or that nonsense.

Our uptime record is 99.9999994% (exact figure) After more careful review It was determined that this user was Port scanning our servers and then trying to log into SSH Therefore our advanced security system was kicking him from the server. Therefore we would take anything they say with a grain of salt.

Our offer is still on the table use the new promotion code: freemohawk and get your first 1-3 months free (99% off).

I have emails showing the charges for support tickets when i canceled if anyone cares enough to see them send me a pm.

As for the lies that I was trying to SSH into the server, they are just that lies. If I was trying to illegally hack their server would I look all over the internet for places to leave them bad reviews? Nope I never tried to hack their server, I am an honest customer who feels that this is a bad company and wanted to tell others so that they don't waste time and money with them.

Terrible company - terrible servers, I would advise you not to do business with them.

Tip, don't dis customers publicly. Show an apologetic approach stating your happy for the customer to contact you directly to discuss any issues you may have experienced and how we can resolve these amicably.

All you have done is alienate prospective customers even considering you as a provider.

Lessons to be learnt.
