People on my server (FreeMohawk.com) are having issues when they are away for a long period of time where they get kicked for the reason "Timeout"

Is there a way I can disable this?

Have them configure the following:

Automatically retry a lost connection [x] times

Timeout if no connection to server in [x seconds]

Increase each value. They are located in the program tab under user controls.

I have increased each value. I am not sure that it was the client in all honesty. I think it was actually server-side lag.Because not everyone DCed just 3 of us at different times.

You'd have to talk to the provider who is hosting that server, perhaps they had machine problems.

if you have auto reconnect enabled client side the client will attempt a reconnection after being disconnected.

Yes it does reconnect me. But that didn't fix it. I am almost certain it is the current host.

How often are you losing connection?

I say so far today since 12:00 PM EST (4 hours ago) 3 times. It's not bad, But it's still something that shouldn't be happening. I am sure Jync will get with our host and work this problem out.

Let me know if there is anything we can do for you to help, but this seems host-side.

Yeah, It hasn't happened all day. But if it ever evolves we shall be here! :)

Not sure Jon, the system uptime is fine and there have been no network issues from what I can see as you can look into it as well, its Chicago Colocrossing.

He says some times a few people will get disconnected, more than one client at a given time, but not everyone will loose connection.
